Lotus driver Romain Grosjean will be forced to sit out the 2012 F1 Italian Grand Prix as a result of cutting in front of Lewis Hamilton at the start of the race in Spa.

But is that fair? Has he been treated in line with how other drivers have been penalised by the race stewards? Did he deserve the penalty or all or was it just a racing accident?
