I think this is great news for McLaren. Lewis has always been self-centered and immature. I think Whitmarsh has had to tolerate it because of Ron Dennis' relationship with Lewis. Now Whitmarsh can focus on pulling the team together around Button and Perez and, if he is the right leader, put his own stamp on the organization.
