Senna admits future plans unclear

Bruno Senna says he doesn't yet know if he'll secure a place on the 2013 F1 grid
Bruno Senna says his future remains unclear with the Brazilian still hopeful of securing a place on the F1 grid for the season ahead.

Senna has been looking for a drive after being replaced at Williams by Valtteri Bottas, with that move leaving him with limited options if he wanted to secure a slot on the grid for the 2013 campaign.

The former HRT and Renault man has been linked with both Force India and Caterham – the two teams still to have a vacancy in their line-up – but despite holding talks with both teams, he insisted that no decision has yet been taken about his future.

"For 2013, it is still unclear," he told Totalrace. "We are in the game but it is not easy to know where I'll end up.

"I imagine that it will not take long for the pieces to fit together. We are looking at all the options, both inside and outside of Formula One. I am talking to the teams that still have seats free. I hope everything goes well."

@Stuart How in the hell is he overrated? People constantly bitch and moan and say he has zero talent and he is only there because of his name, I'm pretty sure that's not being overrated. Its pretty obvious people just want him to fail because of his name, if his name wasn't Senna I guarantee he would have a lot more supporters.

Its not easy when you have to give up your seat to miss out on a practice session during the season but still he was more consistent than Maldonado which is what you need now rather than raw speed. He deserves 2 more years with a team at lease but thats my opinion.
