PICS: Red Bull RB9 revealed
Red Bull Racing has revealed the car it hopes will be able to power it to a fourth straight championship double when the new F1 season kicks off in little over a month's time.

The initial low-key online launch on the internet provided only a sneak peek YouTube video of the car, with studio-shot pictures and photos of the launch event subsequently being provided by the team later n the afternoon.

The video reveals that Red Bull are sticking to the step nose design and that the car as a whole appears relatively unchanged, confirmed by the car's chief designer Adrian Newey who said that the 2013 car was "evolutionary" rather than a radical rethink of the previous RB8 which came good at the end of 2012 to deliver Sebastian Vettel the drivers title in Brazil.

However, the livery design has been changed, with the Infiniti purple branding more evident in the studio photo shoot of the car.

YIKES... That double-stepped nose puts even Owen Wilson's honker to shame! It had better be fast, because it is positively hideous.

I really hope they test a vanity plate & conclude that there are no performance losses. I may have 2 start supporting Sauber, because I just couldn't bring myself to put this face-only-a-mother-could-love as my desktop!
