Adrian Sutil reckons there is 'more to come' from Force India and he is 'confident' the team can 'perform well' at the 2013 F1 British Grand Prix this weekend.
The German heads to Silverstone with momentum on his side and following two points finishes in succession, after finishing fifth in Monaco and tenth in Montreal, he will be looking to make it three in a row this Sunday.
“I think it was important to have these results [in the last two races], especially the fifth place in Monaco, because it helps you forget some of the missed opportunities from earlier in the season,” Sutil said ahead of the eighth round in the 2013 F1 World Championship. “Canada was another race where we had good speed and considering everything that happened to me during the race it was good to come away with a point.
“As a team we've shown just how competitive we can be, but I feel there is still much more to come.
“Silverstone is not my top favourite track, but it's a great place to drive a F1 car. It's fast and flowing, so it's quite a big change from Monaco and Canada, but I'm confident that we can go there and perform well.
“I enjoy the high-speed sections and also the newer start of the lap, which definitely makes it easier to overtake compared to the old layout.
“I will be in the UK for the whole week. There's a simulator session on Wednesday to prepare for the weekend and I will be spending a lot of time at the factory. It's a good chance to spend more time with the team members who don't come to races,” he concluded.
