The Sauber F1 team has confirmed that race driver Nico Hulkenberg
will join Robin Frijns and Kimiya Sato at the Young Driver Test at Silverstone next week.
Hulkenberg will drive on Thursday afternoon only, with Frijns, Sauber's test and reserve driver, on track on Wednesday and on Thursday morning. It will be the second Young Driver Test for Frijns. The Dutchman is the 2012 Formula Renault
3.5 World Series champion and is currently competing in the 2013 GP2 Series with Hilmer Motorsport. He won the GP2 Feature race in Spain back in May and is ninth in the championship at the moment with 45 points on the board.
Kimiya Sato - no relation to Takuma Sato - meanwhile will get into the Sauber C32 and drive an F1 car for the very first time on the Friday. The 24-year-old brings experience from series like Formula BMW, Japanese and German Formula 3, as well as the Formula 3 Euro Series, and currently leads the 2013 Auto GP Championship.
Esteban Gutierrez - Sauber's other race driver - will not get the opportunity to run or get any laps with the new Pirelli tyres.
