VIDEO: Crash helmets in F1

The eighth episode of Grand Prix Insights explores just how far things have come since the days of racing in leather caps.

Helmets in Formula One have never been safer than they are today, and major upgrades since the 2009 Hungarian GP have proven to keep drivers safe even as recently as the 2013 German GP. So there is no question for the MERCEDES AMG PETRONAS F1 drivers, both Nico Rosberg and Lewis Hamilton always 'put a lid on it!'.
