Crash on Twitter! It's just too good to keep to yourself...

If you've been wondering why you should follow Crash.net on social media, then we've got something to share with you...
Readers of a certain vintage may remember that long before the current ad campaign featuring annoying flatshare students, BT used to say that it was "Good to talk". And Crash.net reckons that's still just as true today as was back then - especially when the talk is about the latest action in our favourite motorsports series.

Crash.net has always believed that nothing beats a shared passion for motor racing and that the sport only really truly comes alive when fans get together to cheer, debate, argue and celebrate the events of a race weekend. That's why we've always made it possible for readers to comment on stories and to make their views known on the latest races through polls and votes.

But social media takes that to a whole new dimension, and we really want to make sure that we share our excitement and enthusiasm for F1, MotoGP, World Superbikes, World Rally, British Superbikes, BTCC, GP2, DTM, IndyCar, WTCC, NASCAR and the rest with the world. And we need your help to do that!

If you've ever wondered why you should be on Twitter or Facebook, or why you should follow or like Crash.net on social networking, then the best answer is so that you can share your love of your favourite motorsport with all your friends and family that share your passion. If you're following us on Twitter and see a story that you want to pass on to others, all you have to do is press 'retweet' and the system shares it for you. Alternatively you can tweet a story on your own time line by using the 'Tweet' button at the top of every story posted on Crash.net to let your own followers know that it's something they might like to check out.

The same is true on Facebook as well. If you've 'liked' Crash.net's Facebook page then new stories will automatically start appearing on your wall, and you can share them with your own friends by liking or sharing an individual story. Or better still, you can invite them to like the Crash.net page so that they too never have to miss out on breaking news, exclusive columns and blogs, detailed race reports and results from every event, and all the very best photography and latest video highlights packages.

We want you to be able to share your love for motorsport by sharing all the best Crash.net stories and features that you've enjoyed reading. If you can think of anything else we could be doing to help you make your connections and turn on your friends to what Crash.net has to offer, then let us know - we're always on the lookout for how we can make our service even better, so send any suggestions either through the comments section below or else by sending feedback to us directly via the Contact Us page or via a tweet on Twitter.

Do continue enjoying everything that the site has to offer, but most importantly don't just keep it to yourself! Spread the word and bring the "gift of Crash.net" to all our friends around the world.
