Time is running out to vote for your 2013 F1 Driver of the Year, with voting set to close in the next few days...
Sebastian Vettel may have been a convincing winner of the 2013 F1 world championship, but was the German the best driver out there this year?
A total of 13 wins, nine of which came in succession once the series returned from its summer break, is pretty hard to argue against, but how much did the RB9 or the mid-season switch of tyres help Vettel's cause? Does 'Multi21' count against the champion? Did someone do more with less, even if it didn't lead to the crown?
All these questions need to be asked as you prepare to rate the 2013 F1 grid for their respective performances. Does Fernando Alonso
deserve a higher mark than the champion for wrestling a difficult Ferrari
to second overall? What about the Mercedes duo – Nico Rosberg
and Lewis Hamilton
– who won races and took poles despite the W04's early tyre woes? How does Kimi Raikkonen's truncated season rate? Or those of Mark Webber, Romain Grosjean
and Nico Hulkenberg? Did McLaren's woeful MP4-28 mask heroics from Jenson Button
and Sergio Perez? And what about the rookies – do Esteban Gutierrez, Valtteri Bottas, Jules Bianchi
and co rate well against their more senior peers given their comparative lack of experience?
How you make your decision is entirely up to you, and feel free to explain your reasoning in the comments section if the mood takes you. Once all the votes are in, we'll count down to the number one over the festive period, so get going...
