Williams has become the latest team to reveal that it will have its new F1 car ready for the opening test session of the winter in Spain.
While a launch date for the new FW36 has yet to be confirmed, the team took to its Twitter
account to reveal that work on the build of the first chassis was underway – with the aim of hitting the track for the first time during the four day session planned for Jerez.
Alongside Williams, four other teams have confirmed plans to run in Spain – McLaren, Mercedes, Caterham and Marussia – while driver Daniil Kvyat says Toro Rosso will also be in action
Lotus have however already announced that it will only run its 2014 car for the first time in Bahrain next month.
