Ferrari has announced that it will unveil its 2014 F1 challenger three days before the first pre-season test of the campaign.

The Scuderia will take the wraps off the car - which will be named via online suggestions from fans - on Saturday 25 January, before the machine is whisked over to Jerez to kick off pre-season preparations from 28 January.

Initially proposed in an end of season address by president Luca di Montezemolo, Ferrari has followed through on its promise to let the tifosi christen its latest contender, albeit from a limited number of suggestions put forward by Maranello.
