The postponed 2013 Race of Champions event is no closer to getting a new date despite the efforts of organisers.

Originally scheduled to take place in Bangkok over 14-15 December, the end-of-season spectacular - which was to have seen Sebastian Vettel and Michael Schumacher defend their Nations Cup crown - was cancelled at two weeks' notice owing to increasing political unrest in the Thai capital.

This week's imposition of martial law has not aided attempts to reschedule the RoC, with the Sports Authority of Thailand and event organisers also finding their task hampered by date clashes with the 2014 motorsport calendar.
