Caterham has created a new Development Driver Program and added Nathanael Berthon to its pool of drivers.

The new program is designed to integrate young drivers in to the team and provide them with on and off-track experience in F1. Berthon - who has one GP2 race victory to his name and is driving for Venezuela GP Lazarus this season - has previously tested an F1 car for HRT back in 2011 during the Abu Dhabi Young Driver Test.

Team principal Christijan Albers said Berthon's previous F1 experience would prove beneficial when it came to settling in at Caterham.
