Daniel Juncadella says he is starting to feel like he can push the Force India to the limit as he gains more experience in the car.

Having been named as a Force India reserve driver for 2014, Juncadella made his first appearance for the team during pre-season testing at Jerez. Since then he has made his FP1 debut at the British Grand Prix and also drove on Wednesday during the Silverstone in-season test and he says the consistent opportunities is helping his confidence.

"I'm quite confident with the car and feeling good already," Juncadella told Crash.net at Silverstone. "In the Friday session I felt that in the end I had got to grips with the car and always close to the limit.

"[Wednesday] I would say was another experience of getting used to what was going on and with all the wind changes it was completely different driving. I think I got used to it throughout the day and it was positive getting a lot of laps to manage that. I am feeling good with the car."

Focusing on the running he had completed during the test, Juncadella said he was pleased to be able to complete all of Force India's work despite the difficult conditions.

"It was good fun, every experience with the F1 car is very nice for me. Probably one of the trickiest days I would say to drive the car with that much wind. It was hard to manage, it was quite different to the Friday session but still I think I made the most of it and didn't make any mistakes. We went through the program smoothly and tried everything we had to try so it was good."
