This week saw the confirmation that young Max Verstappen will move directly into F1 next season with the Scuderia Toro Rosso team.
Just 16 years-old, the Dutchman - son of former F1 driver Jos Verstappen - will still only be 17 years and 166 days old when he makes his proposed F1 debut in the 2015 Australian Grand Prix.
Not only will that make him the youngest driver to start an F1 race, he will break the record by almost two years!
However, F1 has been a young man's game throughout the sport's history, so we have compiled an infographic detailing the ten youngest drivers to have started in F1.
