Marussia could be set for a shock return to the F1 grid at this weekend's Abu Dhabi Grand Prix.

While the team ceased trading at the start of the Brazilian Grand Prix weekend, Caterham administrator Finbarr O'Connell revealed to Crash.net last week that there were still talks taking place for investors to save the team.

Following a Facebook post from a team member which was swiftly removed, speculation has grown that Marussia may try to make an appearance in Abu Dhabi. On Wednesday, Ferrari engineers were in the Abu Dhabi paddock wearing Marussia team kit, but the team's garage remained empty.

As it's still Wednesday, I assume Crash reporters have found the secret to time travel.

Now, that would be a headline.[\blockquote]

Haha, if only! That's the problem with arriving at a race early and losing a night on a flight! If we ever do find the secret to time travel, I'll let you have the exclusive SkidCarrera[\blockquote]

Oh but we do, speed (or more precisely gravity) is the answer. but you can only go foward, not backward. And the amount of energy it would involve would be prohibitive.
Yet theorically, it can be done.

Back to F1 :)
I do see the business importance of being there.
If i understood correctly, if they are at the race they can still sell their place on next year grid, otherwise it's lost in the void of Bernie Bank accounts, is that about right?
