Manor has confirmed that Will Stevens will not be able to start the 2015 F1 Malaysian Grand Prix due to a technical problem.

Stevens was unable to take part in qualifying on Saturday due to a fuel system problem and the team has now said it has "not been able to get on top" of it.

Stevens was also limited to just 6 laps in final practice - again due to an issue with the fuel system.
