The new Haas F1 team has confirmed it will announce at least one of the drivers that will lead its much anticipated Formula 1 entry at a press gathering in the United States.
The burgeoning American outfit has been the subject of speculation in recent weeks over the identity of the drivers for its inaugural season, but next week's announcement is expected to confirm Romain Grosjean at least.
The Frenchman declared in Singapore that his future is assured, with multiple sources confirming that Grosjean will exit Lotus after four seasons in favour of leading Haas' bid.
He is set to be unveiled officially in North Carolina on September 29th alongside team owner Gene Haas and team principal Gunther Steiner.
It remains possible that Haas could announce both of its drivers for the 2016 season, though it may wait until the Mexican Grand Prix to confirm the much rumoured Esteban Gutierrez.
