Sebastian Vettel says he was still able to have some fun in the wet conditions of FP2 around the Sochi Autodrom after a day of disruption prevented much meaningful mileage.

With delays and disruptions hampering FP1 after an oil spill and rain washing out FP2, little could be gleaned from the laps completed by the drivers and teams around the Sochi Autodrom. Despite this, Vettel says he enjoyed his laps during the latter stages of the afternoon session.

"It was quite tricky because one half was wet and the other one was only a bit damp but it was good fun! I wanted to go out and do just a little bit of laps in the end."
