Formula 1's Romain Grosjean has joined the ranks of drivers gearing up for the 2015 Race of Champions at London's Olympic Stadium on November 20-21.

The Lotus F1 driver, who grabbed at rostrum finish at the Belgian Grand Prix, has recently announced he is set to switch to the new Haas F1 team for 2016. Grosjean has a strong record at the Race of Champions after claiming the 'Champion of Champions' title in 2012.

The French rider says he's thrilled to return and has his sights set on a second title next month.

“I'm delighted to be coming back to the Race Of Champions,” Grosjean said. “This is a great event and there are so many reasons that we all want to return every year. The main thing is that everyone involved just loves racing and driving different cars – so trying out such a wide range of machinery is driving heaven for all of us.

“Then there's the fact that you meet different champions and people you don't have the chance to meet during the year. I'll do everything to win the 'Champion of Champions' crown back next month.”

Grosjean becomes the latest name on an impressive driver list which already includes fellow F1 drivers Sebastian Vettel, Daniel Ricciardo, Nico Hulkenberg and Felipe Massa.

Le Mans legend Tom Kristensen also returns along with World Rallycross champion Petter Solberg and reigning Formula E champion Nelson Piquet Jr.

The world of two wheels is also being represented strong by former MotoGP world champions Jorge Lorenzo and Mick Doohan who will line-up alongside British Touring Car star Jason Plato, Williams F1 test driver Susie Wolff and defending ROC champion David Coulthard.
