Max Verstappen insists he was 'clearly not on the limit' en route to qualifying fourth on the grid for the Spanish Grand Prix as he marked his Red Bull Racing debut with a fine row two start.

Stepping up to the premier Red Bull team this weekend from Toro Rosso, the youngster had already shown impressive pace in free practice but - along with team-mate Daniel Ricciardo - still exceeded expectations in qualifying as the Red Bulls stepped up their performance.
