Mercedes, Ferrari and Red Bull will each utilise a different number of tyres for the three available sets when the British Grand Prix gets underway at Silverstone next week.

Pirelli has made soft, medium and hard compounds available for the event, with Mercedes prioritising the medium compound with five sets each for Lewis Hamilton and Nico Rosberg, with Ferrari opting just three.

Ferrari will however make use of eight soft sets compared to Mercedes' seven, while Red Bull will be somewhere between with two sets of hard, four medium and seven soft.
