Honda to unveil new car in January

The Honda Racing F1 Team has announced that it will launch its 2008 car at the end of next month.

A brief statement from the Brackley-based outfit added that the ceremony will take place on Tuesday January 29 at its UK headquarters.

"CEO Nick Fry, new team principal Ross Brawn and race drivers Jenson Button and Rubens Barrichello will be present to discuss the debut test of the RA108 and the season ahead," read the statement to the press.

"Further details regarding the event will be released in the New Year."

Honda is the fifth team to confirm a launch date for its 2008 machine, with Ferrari due to take the wraps of its new car on January 6, followed by Toyota on January 10, BMW Sauber on January 14 and Renault on January 31.
