The only other runners on track were Alex Wurz and Nico Rosberg, who brought up the rear in seventh and eighth respectively for Honda and Williams.
This was the final test for the 2008 season, as the next one won't take place until mid-November - after the season ending Brazilian Grand Prix - when teams head to Barcelona.
