With 2008 drawing to a close, and teams and drivers busy preparing for 2009, we decided it was time to give you a little Christmas treat – albeit a few days early.

We've looked through our images from the past year to select some of the top images of the glamorous ladies who have brightened up grids at race meetings around the world during 2008.
