"When we have provided a car capable of fighting with the top teams, both Jarno and Timo have proved they have the ability to battle at the front. Jarno's third place in Magny-Cours was a really special moment for all the team and then to see Timo on the podium in second place in Hungary was fantastic. The team deserved those moments of success and they will motivate us to push for many more podiums in the coming seasons."
However, despite the successes, Yamashina wasn't too happy with the reliability and has vowed that this will be a key area of focus in '09.
"We should not dwell only on the positive aspects of the season. Our reliability record compared to the other teams was good but still we lost points on several occasions due to problems. We must strive to eliminate any reliability problems because lost points can be very costly in terms of the championship," he summed-up
"Our drivers can rest assured that we target 100 per cent reliability and, even if we know this is a very ambitious target, we are working flat out to achieve it."
