Romain Grosjean will be the ING Renault F1 team's official test and reserve driver in 2009, it has been announced.

Grosjean acted as an official test driver for the Regie in 2008 too, however, with Lucas di Grassi also with the squad last season and named the 'third' driver, the Frenchman didn't get much running.

Grosjean was present today at the launch of Renault's new challenger, the R29, which was officially unveiled at the Algarve Motor Park circuit this morning, with race drivers' Fernando Alonso and Nelson Piquet Jr pulling the wraps off the car.
