Should Ferrari be penalised over German GP?

The German Grand Prix has been overshadowed by controversy after Felipe Massa was told to slow by Ferrari to allow Fernando Alonso to secure victory.

The team and its drivers have been called before the stewards to discuss what happened on track at Hockenheim but we want to know what you think.

Did Ferrari break the rules on team orders and should they pay the price for that rule break as a result?
