This is shaping up to be one of the most competitive seasons F1 has seen for a long time, so consequently I think that when Merc, Maclaren, Ferrari and Red Bull are pushing the envelope at the sharp end, quite a few of these new teams (if they even make it to the grid) are going to fall foul of the 107% qualifying time rule several times this year. That is unless the Mosely/Cosworth engine turns out to have at least 80bhp over its engine freeze rivals.
