taz. the other day, todt denied that he was in it for one term only. and despite some reservations, he is doing a far better job than the last two incumbents.
re kers. i am still confused over this. my understanding is that what the teams signed up for, was compulsory kers from 2011, with it being optional in 2009 and 2010. this year, the teams opted to not use it, but i think that they are legally obliged to use it in 2011, unless a change in rules is proposed and passed. there was to be a standardised unit, to cut cost (or was this all mosleys pipe dream of spec cars?). but it is now being used in some road cars and in other transport, so it must have merits, as well as dangers!
