Would I be wrong to suggest that this is the very mentality that made Formula 1 "boring" in the eyes of many people? In a sense he's saying Vettel was ahead, and Webber should have given in. That makes for exciting racing does it? This is just my perspective anyway, I'm not sure criticising Mosely for the "Nazi" occurence is the best way to go.
All in all, I do believe Vettel was at fault. But it was a racing incident, and these things happen.
