Lets face it : Therell allways be team orders. -A "Decent" way to do it is : giving both drivers your best possible car&strategy and let the road decide. If, by chance, Massa has been slower the whole weekend, hes qualified behind, his race pace is slow, hes way out in the WDC, only he had a luckiest start. Well ,then, team orders can amend that. -Theres too a more subtle way to do that(read Macca) : give your #2 driver a "detuned" car&Strategy. Youll never have to bid team orders. This will kill any drivers career(Kovy,Alonso.. .), as hes showing slow in a -supposedly- fast car. -My point is : Every1 respects Barrichello&massa for obeying tem orders, NOone respects Kovy.. .
