the link to the full text doesnt appear to work, but the summary is quite clear. the basic "rule" was ambiguous and open to misunderstanding. what was not said is that the wmsc consisted of 15 members, from sporting organisations and included race engineers and team representatives. and that the decision was unanimous. so the fia as such cannot be castigated over something on which they had no control, but can be criticised for producing poorly written "rules". edited to say that link now working, and that here were 15 on the panel, including bernie.
