If KERS, DRS and Pirelli tires can guarantee us a spectacle of this nature every race weekend, then I am all for it. Sadly though, this may turn out to have been a flattery only for us later to be deceived. With the tight, twisty and narrow tracks that the rest of the calendar will now serve up, KERS and DRS are essentially of no use. I also doubt that, on those tracks, it will be possible to make much of a strategy from the tires. We are set to go back to being treated to processional races decided the day before by qualifying. What a shame. Bernie suggests sprinklers. Why not make drivers pick starting positions from a hat and throw in some machine gun fire at every chicane for any car dawdling around below a certain pace?
