I agree with all of you but fear that Stuart may be right. As far as Bernie's considered it's probably just a matter of two things: how well they can sweep this under the carpet and how much cash they'll offer. I definitely don't think it's ruled out but I sure hope it won't happen - also for the sake of FOM's PR people... they'll have to come up something special to justify this. :S
