If I were Tost's position, I think I would be fairly unhappy that it took the very real threat of sacking to get any measurable performance from his two drivers. I don't dislike Alguersuari at all, however I do think that if Webber did leave RBR at the end of 2011, JA would not be the one to replace him. Nor Ricciardo, for that matter (in 2012 at least). Buemi's days are clearly numbered and I think Alguersuari will be lucky to survive the threat of Vergne. Jez's prediction for STR 2012 - Ricciardo and Algersuari, with Vergne in a similar position to Ricciardo in 2011 and JA mirroring Buemi's 2011 pressure. If Webber didn't re-sign, I think Horner should have been beating down the door of Rosberg if Ricciardo was not yet ready.
