Actually, they were compensated, and now some political force has got behind them, trying to keep taps on the venture. Yet I'm pretty sure Jaypee must've been forced to pay into some rather undeserving hands... This is how the country is...but I'd rather change it the way I can instead of pointing fingers. I remain optimistic @ the event, though I know some things are indeed patchy even now.
