My ideal Genii GP (it's not really Renault any more) line-up would be a fit Kubica and Grosjean, with Boullier having no greater input to the team than sweeping the garage floor. An unfit/unwell Kubica would be no good for either him or the team.
If Kubica could not drive, I would probably have Grosjean and Senna, the talent and the money respectively. Petrov has had his chance and done little with it, Senna has shown glimpses of quality and probably just needs a little more race time.
I think this team would be instantly more successful with James May and Margaret Thatcher driving provided Boullier wasn't there.
