Ferrari (historicaly one of the big spenders in F1) want a tougher and expanded RRA because the want to tighten team budgets (things are quite tough economicaly in Italy at the moment), they especially want less spent on aero, which ironically is one of the areas where the have struggled to keep up with the competition in recent years.
Red Bull on the other hand who have been accused by some of the other teams of spending way beyond the RRA are totally oposed to any cut back in aero development or in any other area, no surprise there either then!
So we have two teams who are diametrically opposed on RRA quiting FOTA, crickey it's not 7 days since the end of the season yet and allready team principals are bored and want a spat to keep themselves entertained over the winter!!!!
If the RRA disappears in a cloud of dollars being thrown at their cars by some of the wealthier teams with budgets going through the roof we could see 4 or 5 teams dissappear in the next 2 years
