I agree Rubens has had a dreadful season, and Maldonado would have finished with double points over Rubens, he would have had more had he not swerved into Hamilton at another track during qualifying and had a penalty!!
The point I am trying to make is even if it isn't Rubens partnering Maldonado, the team needs a driver who has raced in F1 for more than a few seasons like sutil for example, because of the testing restrictions the teams Like Williams needs to rely on experience rather than young drivers who are not that experienced into development!!
