In the Turkey incidendt, Webber was already completely on the left hand side of the track with his wheels on the white line while Vettel is still 2 car lengths behind him....because this is the racing line, not because he was trying to intimidate Vettel, who was 2 car lengths behind at this stage.
He then moves to the right and Vettel takes up position on his left. Then what happens...TAKE A LOOK AT THE ON BOARD FOOTAGE. Webber moves to the right as Vettel moves up beside him, giving him room. The reason they crashed is because Vettel moved too far to the right too early. Look at the footage if you regain your sight!
At no stage was Vettel pushed off the track, so how you think this is the same as the shumi rubens incident is completely beyond me.
