I have watched the Sky F1 offering, and if the preseason show featuring Damon Hill and Brundle is anything to go by it was absolutely awful. Very flat, very grey not Formula One. I certainly prefer the full BBC package we have had up till now. However, Eddie Jordan is totally wrong when he suggests a highlights programme can compete in any way with a live package Sky is offering. The BBC were wrong to give away the the rights to show all the races live. Having to wait till the third race of the season before seeing a live show on BBC is tantamount to torture of the fans who are licence fee paying taxpayers.
