At least Ferrari are putting on a brave front, what with an uncompetitive car and driver. I bet if Enzo were still alive Massa would have been long gone. He always believed that they made fine cars and if they did'nt go well it was the drivers fault.
Their problem is that who would want to join Ferrari now, having to go up against Alonso in a car that needs major development. That could be a career breaker. Perez and any other driver, forget Trulli, what would that gain, would be well advised to stay put and see how the year develops.
The fact that they have to announce that Massa is going to Maranello, not back home before China speaks volumes about his committment. Would'nt see Vettel or Hamilton doing that.
