Potrero is a cool track, but I don't think there is even the slightest possibility to make it safe enough for F1. It's probably brilliant for touring cars and maybe GT but F1, no way. Balcarce and El Zonda seem pretty cool too, in fact it seems like there are quite a few good tracks in Argentina but all of them would probably need major updates to be ready to host F1.
