I am from the DR aand have gone to Montreal's grand Prix in 2 times, the following here is amazing, eventhough it's fan base is upper middle class, but i pitty the previous opinions, this might not be NY, but we are a far cry from the descrption made by the firts guy that gived his opiniion lets get one thin straight WE MIGHT SHARE AN ISLANND, BUT WE ARE NOT THE SAME AS HAITI, we obtained our independence from them in 1844. So back to the important thing, since this is a tourist nation, and a lot of F1 fans around the Americas can't go to the courrent FW venues thats it Canada, Brasil an Austin Tx, DR is smack in the middle and easy to reach. Maybe we wont have it in the next 3or 5 years but why not maybe in leass than 10 years you can come to the DR and watch a F1 cruising in front of a cristal clear beach, ohh my bad red bull allready did that at Cap Cana Juanillo beach 3 years ago. You can see the pictures if you want.
