The important thing is that F1 now respects all the drivers' lives. Fangio saw 30 drivers die in his 10 years of racing, whereas we've now had 18 deathless years, in F1 at least. That's the kind of respect that matters. And Jackie Stewart has shown ultimate respect by making it happen. Who cares whether drivers bi*ch at each other?
