McClaren are gradually falling away from the other top teams and have not provided the best car for some years. This is what happened to Williams. It can't be money so it must be down to the personal and leadership unlike Williams who lost sponsorship and had changes of engine etc which did little to help. Perhaps they need to take a leaf out of Williams book and replace some of the senior staff who seem unable to come up with anything other than the mediocre. They have two world champion drivers as much as I moan about Button who are both well capable of winning races with the right car, it's just that McClaren don't provide that car.
Change is needed, Ron must be chewing razor blades in his gold plated office and eyeing up a spot between Martin Whitmarshes shoulder blades.
