Yes the victory in Monaco like the one before it in Bahrain were not gained with an illegality on the car up to a week after the Monaco race, but a week after the Monaco race it has been admitted by the FIA that the car had an illegality which means it raced with that illegality and that is precisely why an F1 reliable sores have been given expert advice that the two wins and the points gained by RBR although it seems extremely remote can be appealed up to the end of the season.
