Got to be Romain Grosjean. At the end of lap one, he was over 30 seconds down on the leader. At the end of the race, he was but 17 seconds down on the leader. Between laps 2 and 52, he was faster than the winner by over 13 seconds, imagine what he could have done had he not had that crash
