This is just silly speculation and this scenario is extremely unlikely to happen.
I think Hamilton has three legitimate options which are, remain at McLaren, move to Mercedes, move to Ferrari, in that order. Regardless of Hamilton's future, positions at Mercedes and Ferrari are almost certainties, Ferrari for next year and Mercedes the following year. And Kimi might very well remain with Lotus if the car stays fast and he doesn't have to do anything but drive.
Time will tell.
